Elizabeth Moultrie
Country life appeals to Elizabeth and she now lives in rural Lexington County with her husband, a high school Social Studies teacher, her two younger daughters, five dogs, four cats, a parrot, and a couple of fire-belly toads. Elizabeth’s eldest daughter is married with three children of her own.
Elizabeth attended the University of South Carolina and pulls for the Gamecocks! Having worked as a personal injury Paralegal for the bulk of her career, she brings over 20 years of experience to the firm.
In her leisure time, Elizabeth is enjoys sailing, reading, needle working, crafting, and cooking.
Native to South Carolina, she and her husband have two children. She enjoys cheering on Clemson Tigers, fishing and camping at the lake. She completed her studies in CNA, EKG, Cardiac Care and Phlebotomy as part of the Patient Care Technician program at Midlands Technical College.
The training she received has been beneficial as she and her husband take care of their daughter who is a Type 1 Diabetic.
Her training has also provided the firm with significant information in handling personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home injury and neglect, and wrongful death lawsuits. Since joining our team, she has proven to be a vital asset.

Stephanie joined the Kassel McVey team in January 2017 as a personal injury paralegal. She is a graduate of University of South Carolina, with a major in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and a graduate of York Technical College, with an Associate Degree in Business with a Specialization in Paralegal Studies.
She is a “people person” with a passion for fair treatment and justice for all. Stephanie is thrilled to be a part of a team working toward that goal. She is a loyal Gamecock supporter, and enjoys volunteering, reading, carnival cruising, playing tennis, and hanging out with family and friends.
When she isn’t working hard to ensure that no stone goes unturned, she enjoys staying at home and tending to her small farm in Gaston with her Fiancé, Terry. She and Terry also enjoy raising unconventional pets, including snakes, turtles, lizards, and spiders. They believe all animals are deserving of respect and love.
Liberty’s kindness first approach to problems has been a huge asset to the firm and helps clients feel assured that they are in the best hands possible.
